I'm exploring the Help Desk, attempting to configure the following:

I want my members to be able to log new tickets. (Regular Members)

I want a special member group (Code Warriors) to be able to work within the Help Desk to log and troubleshoot the problems.

Here's the initial screen:
You cannot view this attachment.

And the permissions I have set (looking at the second bottom group here)
You cannot view this attachment.

But then when I go back to the Permissions page, this is what I see:
You cannot view this attachment.

Looks like this is possibly just a bug
I published 2.1.4 of SimpleDesk which should fix it.

But you can otherwise just make the file changes needed to fix the bug:

I manually made the change listed in the gitHub.  The Regular Membergroup still stays enabled after I've disabled it.

I am not able to reproduce it after the bug fix.  Unchecking regular members removes them for me upon saving.

I just deleted the permission group and recreated it.
