Well, I'm just curious... How do you make like your "Our Team" page? Cause I've seen it also at the Dream Portal website and I've been wondering if other users can use it? Is it a mod or what? Thanks!

Glad I asked now... the foundation for this is actually going to be in 1.1 with custom fields (sort of like custom profile fields, but for tickets and/or replies), meaning you could set up the required information as custom fields and just have the main ticket content as general description.

What, like a default template that users can fill in for the request?

Yeah, something like that... Like default Ticket Format specifically made for that department...

Something like that...

So yeah, I know that SD is planning to have DEPARTMENTS soon, I'm just curious will you guys be able to implement a DEPARTMENT when clicked a default template will be listed on the "body of the message"?

Like.... Example.... You clicked Advertising Department. Then on the body of your message a default template for the Advertising will show, something like that...

I believe they're asking for the ability to assign more members to a ticket.

Or assign membergroup? Well, yeah, at least departments are not yet implemented... yet, though when will it be?

Can't wait for SD 1.1 and in the future, SD 2.0!

The speed of development makes me think you guys will release SD 2.0 before SMF 2.0 final.

I'll add it to the tracker but I'm not sure we'll fit it into 1.1 - though I wouldn't rule it out entirely. Just that we already announced what's in 1.1 and I think we have more than enough work to do to get 1.1 done...

I still have one more question, will SimpleDesk have like the one you have in the Project Tracker like (Ticket assigned to Nas) (Ticket has been marked resolved) (etc...)

Um, no, because clicking on the user's name takes you to their profile...

Though I suppose we could possibly integrate something into the profile area like there is with show posts. (I'd probably only have 'Show Tickets' rather than 'Show Ticket Replies' though)

Well yeah, "Show Tickets" will be great.

btw, is SD gonna have an option wherein when they click a users name "all tickets made by the users will show" even if its already resolved?

well, not really good with adding codes, ill jsut wait for the fix for it on 1.0.1 or to 1.1 thanks anyway.

Can you post what's in the error log when that happen?

weird. It does work now. I believe I've seen that error appear for 2-3 times already after deleting a reply (permanently). I'll post again if ever I see it. I try looking that the error logs but i didn't see any.

I'll attach a screenshot... as u can see there's no (was) deleted ticket but the red thing up still shows?
