Image wise, mostly. The icon set we use doesn't support IE6 by default so we've had to update them. Some broke severely in IE6 when we did that.
There are also some small template issues, but nothing that makes it harder to use for the user.

Has it been much of a pain supporting IE6 in simpledesk? I noticed one issue in the project tracker about it...

Icon's look unique. I couldn't work out what was so different about them at first until you said. Getting sick of Famfam icons myself too.
