i need to understand the logic: Templates for permissions and Role, Membergroups, Departments
but looking better i understan this:

In Helpdesk Permissions box: Templates i see 3 predefined Roles
In Role box: i've to assign one of predefined role to SMF user or user group

Is it right ?

Is there a little guide to set right SD permissions ? 

How can i translate SD ?

GOOD ! with temp folder the installer start and install without problem !

I've set 777 for root site and all subdir, but it's the same ! does'nt install this Mod

I've tried to install SimpleDesk 2.0 anatidae over SMF 2.0.1 but i see this message:
You cannot download or install new packages because the Packages directory or one of the files in it are not writable!

I've just set chmod 777 for packages folder and also for all site folder (to test) but it's the same..

Some help ?
