We do not have a released solution for a contact form.  The ones made here use SMF's SSI to handle everything and custom built pages.

Hello there

i installed simpledesk to my Forum, and i only installed simpledesk and 1 theme from smftricks.
everthing works create only Profile setting (aka. Avatar upload as example) doesnt work, you can mark you setting but wenn you press the submit button:

syntax error, unexpected 'no_member' (T_STRING), expecting ',' or ')'

what can i do?

Hi, I have no actual need for a helpdesk solution. I only have one need and that is for a contact us link and form, and it needs to also be responsive. Does the simpledesk solution have that?

You can configure roles and then assign those roles to groups.  Depending on those groups grant specific access to the helpdesk or not.

I would like to have this setup where only certain group/s can see Helpdesk?
I see by default guests can't but I want to allow only donating members to have help desk access.

The current system isn't designed to allow non staff members to view the ticket.

Hi,
Is there any way for administrators to invite regular users to private ticket?
What im trying to achieve here is complaint system where accussed user could be included/invited to the ticket so he could defend himself.
