Unread Tickets Displayed with Unread Posts

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to display unread tickets in the same area as unread posts on SMF?  Or at least an unread tickets page that is similar to unread posts.

There's not currently any way to do this, but it is one of the features we've planned on for a future version of SimpleDesk.
