Where I can download SimpleDesk 1.0 version?

Why would you want to? There were a vast number of improvements (and some bug fixes) in 2.0.

I believe the team does still have archived copies of 1.0, failing that I'm certain I do somewhere if I go digging, but I'm not sure why you would want 1.0 when 2.0 offers so much more.

I have heavily customised SMF 2.0 RC3 and can't update it for many reasons. 
So, I need that

SimpleDesk 1.0 "Felidae"  - April 5th 2010 - Oh, the tickets are tickling! (legacy version, only for SMF 2.0 RC3 users)

I'm sorry, no, I'm not going to provide it.

I cannot in good conscience encourage you to stay on a version of SMF with known security holes.

You don't have to do the upgrade the conventional way, you can do it by patching the files step by step by comparing the differences from RC3 to 2.0.2 and implementing them over time. And before anyone tells me it can't be done that way, I *have* done it that way on my own heavily modified sites.
