mark when the options above pictures is that the site does not look anything white is turning into a white page. helpdesk users can not see the other option, so could you help?

I'm not sure i understand what you mean...

When you enable helpdesk only mode, everything else gets disabled. So only the helpdesk works. If you have some other mods it may not work properly.
