mark when the options above pictures is that the site does not look anything white is turning into a white page. helpdesk users can not see the other option, so could you help?

Hi I installed a very nice plugin, but I tried to Turkish English codes, but unfortunately did not play. Do you wonder if that will help the Turkish language package?
