SimpleDesk Support / SimpleDesk broke Tapatalk

I use Tapatalk as my mobile forum app.  Since the SimpleDesk installation, I am receiving the following error on my app.  Any feedback concerning this error is appreciated.

System error occurred: 'Cannot redeclare shd_init() (previously declared in /home/profsl/public_html/smf/mobiquo/env_setting.php(12) : eval()'d code:1) (Subs-SimpleDesk.php:249)'

   SimpleDesk version: SimpleDesk 2.0 Anatidae
   SMF version: SMF 2.0.4

   Only two members appear available for reassignment of a ticket.  These are the forum administrators.  I set up a Helpdesk Staff role which is tied to my SMF Senior Staff membergroup.  How can I update the settings so that these Senior Staff members can be assigned a ticket?
