If you delete a reply to a ticket, the ticket has 2 pages and the deleted reply is on the second page, the Pages: [1] 2 3 thing doesn't get the ;recycle bit of the URL so you can't ever get to it that way.

Also, how do you permanently delete replies? I don't see a link in the post to be able to do that...

Thanks for the report.  I haven't tested it, but I did put it into our bug tracker so I won't forget.

1st delete the item, then delete it from recycle bin

Um, that doesn't work if you're only deleting an individual reply when the reply is in the bin and the topic as a whole isn't.
