You are using the latest revision from the GitHub?

Can you provide steps to what you did before the errors were thrown?

At this point I plan to maintain it for security issues.  I do not believe I will be doing any bug fixes to it.

Out of the simple SSI functions that my plugin uses, I haven't really gotten through all of SD's internal code. It looks really nice and I am liking how a majority of it follows SMF's coding guidelines and it uses a lot of things that SMF should be doing (like using shd_profile_link() function to create the link information for profile instead of building it every single time).

Are you looking for more developers for the project? I see that you are the most active developer, the other last being online a year ago. I'm sure you can find a few people interested in helping out  (myself included), you are most certainly not alone!

That's great news!

Will you be updating the version for SMF 2.0 as well, or are you dropping support for it?

I made a plugin for SimplePortal that displays information from SimpleDesk as a block.

The following is my source:

I found some issues, as following:

Code: [Select]
#       An advanced help desk modifcation built on SMF        #
Modification is spelled wrong, and it seems that way for every file.

Code: [Select]
return ssi_getSDTickets($query_where, $query_where_params, '', 'hdt.id_ticket ASC', $output_method);
$limit is called for but never used in the return.

Code: [Select]
return ssi_getSDTickets($query_where, $query_where_params, '', 'hdt.id_ticket ASC', $output_method);
$limit is called for but never used in the return.

Code: [Select]
* <li>opener: array of details about the person who the ticket is assigned to:
 * <ul>
 * <li>id: user id of the person who the ticket is assigned to</li>
 * <li>name: username of the person who the ticket is assigned to or 'Unassigned' otherwise</li>
 * <li>link: link to the profile of the person  who the ticket is assigned to or 'Unassigned' otherwise</li>
 * </ul>
 * </li>

'opener' is not the correct key, it is 'assigned' as seen below.

Code: [Select]
'assigned' => array(
Code: [Select]
* <li>urgency_id: Number representing ticket urgency</li>
 * <li>urgency_text: String representing ticket urgency</li>
 * <li>status_id: Number representing ticket status</li>
 * <li>status_text: String representing ticket status</li>

These are documented as such however the array output is a bit different:

Code: [Select]
'urgency_id' => $row['urgency'],
'urgency_string' => $txt['shd_urgency_' . $row['urgency']],
'status_id' => $row['status'],
'status_text' => $txt['shd_status_' . $row['status']],

string vs text

For the queries, department is never referred to and isn't built in the array. While this isn't a bug, would be a nice feature to have for plugins.

I believe they're asking for the ability to assign more members to a ticket.

Let me get this straight.

You have a language pack installed on your forum, and that language pack is German.

Now, it is German UTF8 correct? In default/languages you will have a lot of files that have the language filename. Such as admin.german-utf8.php. In order for SD to be translated, make sure all the english files that SD added are their [file].german-utf8.php countpart (translated, obviously).

The undefined index issue is because your translated file does not have that string for whatever reason. Make sure you have the official german translation pack, and that it is up-to-date.

It's because the query that fetches the groups... fetches the members too and grabs the member's badge instead of the group's badge.

I would split it into two queries and cache the group specific query. Similar to what I did with my teampage mod.

My resolution is smaller than that, and it doesn't look like your screenshot.

I agree with [SiNaN]. Portals do not always show forum-specific content and should not be considered "forum-y". It really depends on the admin that configures their portal layout.

SimpleDesk has done its job, it's really up to portal developers to unset 'forum' or make a mode for their portal to disable it and only enable on particular sections. As far as I am aware, all portals can disable the front page and have blocks/modules/ezblocks appear in the "forum" so to speak.

I am failing to see a real conflict.

Alright... looking at the file in question, the issue seems to be related the array loaded keys... however from a glance it doesn't appear that those particular words could result in that (as the key has predefined text in it...).

So, in SimpleDesk-Display.php, we have the following strands:

Code: [Select]
if ($modSettings['shd_ticketnav_style'] == 'smf')
foreach ($context['ticket_navigation'] as $key => $button)
$context['can_' . $button['text']] = $button['display'];
$context['ticket_navigation'][$key] += array(
'lang' => true,
'test' => 'can_' . $button['text'],
'image' => 'shd_ticket_' . $button['icon'] . '.png',

Your undefined issues are resulting from $button['text'] apparently, so try the following edits and see if it fixes the problem. In addition, clear your Error Log and your system cache.

Code: [Select]
if ($modSettings['shd_ticketnav_style'] == 'smf')
foreach ($context['ticket_navigation'] as $key => $button)
$button['text'] = !empty($button['text']) ? $button['text'] : '';
$button['icon'] = !empty($button['icon']) ? $button['icon'] : '';

$context['can_' . $button['text']] = $button['display'];

$context['ticket_navigation'][$key] += array(
'lang' => true,
'test' => 'can_' . $button['text'],
'image' => 'shd_ticket_' . $button['icon'] . '.png',
