Like button or instant grade helpdesk service

I am looking for a way to have a grading system for my IT Support Team. Something like a slider that gives a "rolling grade" to the overall satisfaction with the team or a simple "I'm happy" or "I'm sad".

The objective is to know a percentage of customers that are currently satisfied vs dissatisfied.

Any suggestions?

It would have to be implemented from scratch because there's no way to do this in SimpleDesk currently.
