Great I`ve been looking forward to this since its inception!, however it is only available on RC3 ... despite this I installed it on my site with RC2 but I get one error with subs.php

You are using Project Tool I presume? It's a conflit with Project tool. Hope Arantor will explain more in details.
So what other mods do you have installed? Project Tools is the obvious favourite here, and if so I'll need to know what version of PT.
As for manual install, I'll see about getting a parser here on the site, because we're still waiting for SMF to approve the mod.
I should add that SMF have now approved the mod, so you can use the parser there - http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2491

Well that's one hell of a shock! Meanwhile, my small mod that doesn't have anywhere near the amount of code as SD, I submitted it first, and still nothing...-.-

We did actually alter this code after 1.0 final with something slightly different to deal with such issues but haven't published that at this point.
