How would you assign tickets? I create a test ticket and tried assigning: There are no staff configured; it is not possible to assign a ticket. Please contact your administrator.
You must first create a staff role and assign it to at least 1 membergroup and at least 1 department.
Admin>> Helpdesk>> Permissions
created a Staff Role "Staff" assigned it to Global Moderators, and the "Helpdesk" department
tried assigning again, but still got the same error. Am I missing something >_<

Having the same issue:
- created staff role
- Assigned membergroup to staff role
- multiple departments checked on the Staff role.
- have members listed under membergroup that is assigned to Staff.
Still getting "There are no staff configured; it is not possible to assign a ticket. Please contact your administrator."
