How to change subject line in e mail notification.

I want to customize the e mail notification sent to the user, is there any way to do that???

[Admin/Configuration/Languages]  In my case I click on English.

Then in the bottom right corner, see "Select entries to edit:"  Choose "Email Notifications" under the SimpleDesk branch.
