Hello,

I just installed SimpleDesk, and would like to know how to do a few things, or if it's possible.

1. Allow users to submit tickets without having to log in.  I run an eating disorder cumminity, and would like to have the option for my members to remain anonymous. 
2. Is there anyway to make the subject field a select box, so members can select the Disorder/s they are asking about?
3.  Is there anyway to disable attachments? That would really help me.

This would really help me in using SimpleDesk better,

Not currenty possible.  A workaround is perhaps you could have everyone login as the same user?

Not possible either, though you might look into having a drop down custom field used as a category... or maybe use departments.

I believe that SimpleDesk uses the settings from SMF.
