I recently updated my simple desk version, so now when I try to add permissions for users to view the help desk, its not there anymore.
How can I enable it so regular members can see the helpdesk?
My forum version is 2.0 final.
If you upgraded from version 1 then the permissions need to be recreated.
Admin/Helpdesk/Permissions
Make sure there's at least one role that is assigned to regular members
Then, Admin/Helpdesk/Departments. There needs to be at least one department attached to that role.
