Well, I'm just curious... How do you make like your "Our Team" page? Cause I've seen it also at the Dream Portal website and I've been wondering if other users can use it? Is it a mod or what? Thanks!

So yeah, I know that SD is planning to have DEPARTMENTS soon, I'm just curious will you guys be able to implement a DEPARTMENT when clicked a default template will be listed on the "body of the message"?

Like.... Example.... You clicked Advertising Department. Then on the body of your message a default template for the Advertising will show, something like that...

Well, when I delete a reply from my ticket, I see this read thing up saying: "This ticket has had replies deleted from it previously. Please click here to view them." I clicked view then I want to permanent delete it, when I clicked permanent delete; it says an error message like a database error thing. Then the red thing is still there even the reply was permanently deleted.

Is there such thing as creating departments in the SD? Since I can't find it.

Departments I mean like:

Technical Support [TS]
General Support [GS]

Bug Reports

Donation Inquity [DI]

And on the name of the Ticket it will appear as [DI] "Ticket Name"
something like that:( :p


And how can I make the tickets become PRIVATE in default?
And can there be a pinned ticket? ;P cause i'm planning to add a TICKET FORMAT FIRST.

When I clicked the uninstall button it gave this error:

1.   Execute Modification   install20.xml   Modification parse error
2.   Execute Modification   install20.xml   Modification parse error

How could this be fixed?

Or simply because I haven't upgraded my Forum to RC3?
