Hey

can you point me in the direction of your live demo please?
i noticed ironically that this site doesn't use it or i would have submitted a ticket.  :P

Actually, one of our developers has just been working on preparing one this last week, which should be available some time very soon.  I'll post on the development thread, which isn't public, and see if I can ping them here to help you out.

Thanks

I kept seeing people saying `install one to see it` but i have a team of developers so i have to put it in the project plan.
Lot easier to just see a live one working.

I have one on http://smfservices.org

I can't let you see it past being a regular user though, because I use it in a live environment.

And even when we do use it here, you won't be able to submit tickets to it *shrug* We have other plans for its use here, which we'll explain in due course, because using it for support here is a very very bad idea (because then you don't get the benefit of a *community* where people help each other out)

Thanks for posting the link.

I need a little newbie help though.
I cant find the support desk or any mention of it anywhere on the site.

Would you mind posting a link to it please?

Gruffen

I think the idea is that you purchase support packages to have access to it.

While we're setting up a demo site, why not grab yourself a test install of SMF and SD and play with it to your heart's content? Likely how it's configured in a demo site won't be the same as your own site... especially if you have a custom theme.

EarlGrey

Yeah i give up trying to see one.
Seems to just go round in circles.

i will get one of the devs to install it tomorrow and have a play.

hadesflames

Actually, I was pretty sure I allowed regular members access to it. You need to have an account with the forum to see it though.
