I recently installed simpledesk mod to my forum, however the button on the menu bar has hidden itself, I am aware there is an option in the display setting to hide it from the menu, however this is not checked. The help desk is showing in the forums and everywhere else but the menu bar, I am an admin on the sever and I have assigned the groups to each department but it still shows for no one including myself, is there a easy way to fix this? Thankyou

I could use that, however, it does not show that their are new posts in brackets next to the menu item. Ive tried removing the mod multiple times and deleting the files however it still does not work
That wasn't what I asked. I asked if you used that because that is known to break the SimpleDesk menu button.
Version of SMF? Any other mods that modify the menu?
