I don't know what to do I tried installing SimpleDesk and when I do I get this msg:

What can I do? And pleas explain things to me as I am farily new to SMF.
This isn't actually a bug limited to SimpleDesk, this is a much larger problem that will affect your ability to install any mods of any kind for SMF.
Have a search on simplemachines.org, you'll find it covered many times, including what to change to make it work on your server.
