Support Members should not see answers from other support members...

hey guys,

situation:
a customer is sending a request to a group of support members ...

i need:
that only the customer can see all answers and each support member only his own, NOT the answers from the other support members.

is it possible with simple desk?

There's no security on the individual reply level.  If a person can see a ticket, they can see all of the replies on that ticket.
