Hey guys may i know how to add simple desk adminstartors staff etc

Admin > Helpdesk > Permissions would be the place to go.

You create roles in the helpdesk (e.g. helpdesk admins or helpdesk staff) and then say which normal membergroups fit into those roles.

Without knowing what you're actually trying to achieve I can't possibly help you any further.
