IS there a way to export the list of tickets (closed/open) to csv format, so that they can be reviewed offline as well..
You could do that in phpMyAdmin via a SQL query. There's no export option inside of the help desk. There's an export option in the forum itself under the administrative menus, though that will give you a .SQL file, not a .CSV.
