i see this problem from first after install simpledesk and i have checked everything.
i think if this problem from theme Staff & Administrators can not see button reply but available for Staff & Administrators!

and if this problem from Themes Member Options the users can not see Quick Reply button in board ,but quick reply button available for All users in board!

Do you have any ideas?

SimpleDesk's quick reply submit options are the same ones you see on the regular reply/new ticket screen.  So they should normally show.

Note:
1 - this problem in simpledesk Only.
2- in SMF board quick reply working fine and quick reply button available for All users

i was change it ,and users can see Quick Reply Box but the problem users can not see button send reply ,please check image
Staff & Administrators can see button send reply

Hello SleePy,
let you know arabic language not working fine with UTF-8

my SMF 2.0.11 database working on latin1_swedish_ci ,and arabic language working fine with this.

and for try i was convert simpledesk database from utf8_bin to latin1_swedish_ci ,but the problem not solved :(

simpledesk template working on charset=UTF-8
charset=UTF-8 Given Problem with arabic language
i want simpledesk template working with charset=windows-1256

and SMF theme working charset=windows-1256 and working fine with arabic language

How i can change simpledesk template for woking on charset=windows-1256 ?
