Title: helpdesk not showing in members menu

Hi guys

I have installed the latest version 2.0 al....
I have enabled in the core features section and set permissions in the options of help desk.
When I log in using my test user I can not see help desk on the menu.
Any help would be good.
This is not a live site , it is the setup/test site.

Does the user have access to at least 1 Department?
Did you accidentally hide the menu button (options/display options)?

Setup of department did not have users assigned.
