Title: Custom Field will not show in Left side

I have defined a custom field and selected show in left but it will only show below the main part.  See two attachments  suggestions?

The field will show in the left side after the user inputs information and submits the ticket.

Also note that since you have it set to be editable on ticket and reply... all fields are shown below on replies.
