schedule based ticket routing

i was wondering if this is achievable with simpledesk
given there is a schedule of availability of users would it be possible to automatically assign a ticket to a user/users available at a given date-time

Staff scheduling and related features are not available right now but planned for a future release of SD. There are no estimated dates on future development or releases at this time.
