Title: Notification ?

Hello,

as we are using our Helpdesk to warn our Gaming-Clan members (Via Proxy tickets) and responsing to them via a Ticket answer we would like to have like a Warning poping up for them in the top of the Forum. Here a example, done with Paint!

Is there any way to realize that? :( Mostly the Mails the member recieve are getting ignored :(

Out of the box the helpdesk in the menubar will show any outstanding tickets needing responses.

To add that would require a modification or helpdesk plugin.  I don't know of one that exists but it can be done.
