Is it possible to get the notifications of a new ticket/ticket rely ect as a plugin vs waiting for the next version to come out? It is difficult to work with a help-desk that does not allow notification via email/pm ect.
Please be patient we hope to release the new version soon. IIRC the current version doesnt support plugin so you'd need the newer version anyway.
1.0 has no plugin support, so it would need to be specially rewritten just for 1.0.

Rewritten? It's already in 1.1 and will be out eventually.
Yes its in 1.1 already.... what he's saying is that for 1.0 it would have to be re-written.

one more question, I have installed simple Desk over RC3 what should I do to upgrade to SD 1.1 when you realesed ?

Uninstall SimpleDesk 1.0 and Install SimpleDesk 1.1 when it comes out.
You won't loose any data because it's all saved in the database.
