No, you haven't missed any files, everything is contained (at least for 1.0) in those files. There is the readme in language-readme/ in the mod package but to be honest we're not sure if we actually want to translate that yet, though made sure the mod package was built to be able to handle it if we did.
/me should sort out English British in the meantime while waiting for language editor.
