Title: Custom Feilds - Additional details

Once you create a ticket, is there anyway to make the "Additional Details" editable like some of the fields in "Ticket details" in the ticket view, without having to go in the edit option.

Not without a rewrite of a lot of the system, and that isn't going to happen.

Maybe in a future release, but this project lacks active developers at the moment to make that happen.  Not sure when a new feature release would appear.
