Hello,
I try to install SimpleDesk, but I have this Error during my installation :
Error: Cannot install - please verify you put this file in the same place as SMF's SSI.php

SimpleDesk is an addon for the forum software SMF.

It sounds like you haven't installed SMF. (Because you'd then use SMF's Admin > Package Manager to install it.)

I followed the steps and installed the package but now I don't know how to go to SimpleDesk?

So it's installed. Did you then enable it from Core Features?

Also please note that it is not polite to be impatient and bump only a few hours after posting (since it's not like this forum is massively busy)
