Title: How to enable helpdesk access to guest users? (No-Register Users)

I want you to have access to the Front Page,Since for the unregistered users of the forum, at least they can see that they are offered a help.

And in my case I have a form in that section, and it is convenient for users to see it.

In short, they can access the Front Page of the SimpleDesk plugin but they can not create the tickets the unregistered users. How could I do it?

There isn't any built in way and code wise while you could do some database alterations to make it happen, wouldn't be supported and may break things as the system expects to have a valid user signed in to use the system.
