Is there any way for administrators to invite regular users to private ticket?
What im trying to achieve here is complaint system where accussed user could be included/invited to the ticket so he could defend himself.
The current system isn't designed to allow non staff members to view the ticket.
Could this be considered for a future update? Seems like it would be a nice little feature.
It has been considered but I haven't had time at the moment to add such a feature.
