SimpleDesk Support / Profile Settings Change error

i installed simpledesk to my Forum, and i only installed simpledesk and 1 theme from smftricks.
everthing works create only Profile setting (aka. Avatar upload as example) doesnt work, you can mark you setting but wenn you press the submit button:
syntax error, unexpected 'no_member' (T_STRING), expecting ',' or ')'
what can i do?

I see by default guests can't but I want to allow only donating members to have help desk access.

Small Official Mod Support / Drafts Error: Unable to load ...

Posted on smf forums but perhaps you guys will see this first...
Hopefully this is an easy fix.
I'm not sure what has happened, but for some reason today the drafts mod has thrown up an error. Whenever a user tries to access their drafts through their profile>posts>drafts it gives the following error:
"Unable to load the 'showDrafts' template."
I thought perhaps I had messed with the folders but I went through the parsing instructions (note, I didn't parse anything, just used them to check the code is where it should be and the files exist in the right places) and couldn't find anything amiss.
I also thought it might be a theme issue but this is occurring in all themes including default.
I thought about uninstalling and then reinstalling but I get an error that there is no uninstaller (so I'm not sure what to do in this case or if it would solve the problem).
Using smf 2.0.14.
Any help appreciated.
